Principals from neighborhood elementary schools and area high schools, as well as pastors from community churches, will attend Principal Shaka Rawls’ annual Principals Breakfast at Leo on Thursday, Sept. 19.

“It’s very important that we at Leo be good neighbors and viable, involved members of the community writ large,” Mr. Rawls said. “We’re always looking for ways to expand our reach. We sent some students over to read to the youngsters at Oglesby last year and they were treated like rock stars. That’s just one example of the things we can do to promote our community involvement.”
