Ethan Zagore
With two decades of leadership in educational administration, nonprofit management, and diversity, Ethan has extensive experience in grant writing, strategic program development, predictive analytics, and organizational growth. Securing more than $23 million in competitive funding as a primary writer and helping generate an additional $32 million through grant writing teams, Ethan has advanced initiatives in educational equity, workforce development, and community transformation. Ethan’s leadership experiences include serving as the Director of TRiO Programs at the University of Notre Dame, Vice Chancellor of Student Success at Ivy Tech Community College, and the Senior Director of Academic & Career Pathways at the Gary Comer Youth Center. Ethan holds a BBA in Marketing from Howard University, an MA in Inner City Studies Education from Northeastern Illinois University, is ABD for a Ph.D. in Urban Higher Education at Jackson State University and has been honored with Congressman Danny K. Davis’ Outstanding Educational Administrator Award.
