Helping the Matthew House celebrate their 21 years of service was the track team from Leo Catholic High School.
The Matthew House services many men, women and children who experience homelessness. The track team collected and donated over 800 canned goods and a check for $100.00.
Many people are struggling in our community and the donations from the track team every year goes toward helping those in need. With cuts in funding, it has become difficult for the Matthew House to honor everyone so anytime Leo High School can help is an honor and blessing.
Tyler Goodwin , Coach Peter Doyle , Alfred Townsend , Sirlaurence King , Damone Seals – Templeton , Matthew House Director of Development Dorris Green and Coach Edward Adams were all in attendance at the Matthew House.
Coach Marcus Pass was also in attendance for the Lions.
